Reiki and Intuition is liberating and exciting …. Intuition is within everyone, as you learn and access your inner knowledge, empty your head of racing thoughts and merge with the energy; you will realize that intuition is there….

When I first started practicing Reiki, I didn’t believe that ‘everyone’ had intuition. In fact, I thought that only a few might be able to become intuitive after years of dedicated practice. I thought that maybe intuition was only for the gifted few and Reiki would be a way to learn how to manage or work with the energies and gifts of intuition.

I now realize that intuition is available for everyone, right from the word go, and that by doing just a few simple things we can all amaze ourselves with what we can become aware of. Partly I have come to this conclusion through trial and error, and partly through practicing an intuitive technique I have used with the original form of Reiki, the hand- technique you learn that allows your hands to be moved ‘by invisible magnets’ to the right places to treat.

Intuition: it is a lifelong journey, but I thought some people might find these experiences interesting to read about.

During each Reiki Treatment, when I place my hands over each chakra in order and ask ’show me the state of the crown chakra’ and so on… each chakra in turn is balanced, focus and feel the shift of energy/vibration with your hands showing how the chakra spins and how open it is.

I have found there are many techniques for a Reiki Treatment!

At the beginning of my personal Reiki Journey, and on occasion  I started using an ‘imaginary pendulum’ which I ‘held’ in my imagination. Interesting enough, my hands made the same vibrational movements and in my minds-eye I watch to see how it’s spin changed in response to  client questions and thoughts.  I started ‘looking’ at a client’s chakras by imagining a series of seven or nine circles (includes the ear chakras as taught in The Secret Of Reiki Home Study Course) one above another, and looking at each circle in order to see/feel whether it was small and closed, or open and large.  Hummmm, well, in the beginning of my practice I did not trust what I would pick up on or feel in vibration or intuition, of course I thought ‘this is just my imagination. I am making this up’,  It has been over time, years and experience, and most of all “client results” that I have learned to trust the energies and this vibrational intuition, a new sensory for me at the time.

Years ago, during a Reiki Circle we were practicing visualizing each others chakras, and there was a whole variety of presentations. One person saw traffic lights with lights at different intensities: symbolic of where the student on the Reiki Table was experiencing pain.  Another saw a string/grid of colors pulsating and could feel the pain associated with the student on the Reiki Table. Another could not see anything but could feel vibrations with different intensities of heat throughout her legs, later to learn it was identical to the sensations of the student student we were treating….. So you see, energy does talk, “intuition” and everyone has it….

You are then gearing your treatment to the individual’s energy needs, rather than applying a ‘rubber stamp’ treatment to everyone. People who I have treated using different approaches have found that intuitive treatments seem to penetrate more deeply, seem more relevant to them and more profound. Once I practiced and applied my personal technique to master/personalize every treatment: the hand positions change from one person to another and from one treatment to another with the same client, based on their individual needs at the time of ‘that particular treatment’. Intuitive treatments are liberating; you just merge with the energy and let it happen!

Chakra Vibrations

You are a being composed of light, love, and intelligence. These characteristics are the essence of pure energy. So, you are an energetic being. You may not always feel that way, in fact, you might feel the complete opposite of energy. Know that you have unlimited energy within you right now.

Your thoughts control the energy flow within and around you. Whatever you think about determines how you feel and what you experience. Different energy centers within your body are influenced by your thinking habits. The things you concentrate on the most- your job, money, relationships, spirituality etc… affect your energy centers.

These energy centers known as the “chakras” (pronounced Shock-Ruhs), which means “wheel” in Sanskrit, look like fans with blades overlapping. Your body has many chakras, or I like to call them “Data Centers”. Reiki practices generally work with the nine major ones. Chakras push vital life energy through your body to ensure vitality and promote healing at every level…mind, body, spirit.

Nine Major Chakras- general introduction

Most Teachers only teach Seven Chakras, we have hundreds; I teach and work with the Nine I have listed below during any Reiki Class or Session.

The first is at the base of the spine called the Root Chakra.

Color: Red, related to issues of physical security.

The second is between your navel and the base of the spine is the Sacral Chakra.

Color: Orange, related-physical addictions, sexuality, ability to connect with others.

The third is found right behind the navel called the Solar Plexus Chakra.

Color: Yellow, relates to our personal power and control.

The fourth is located in the center of the chest, called the Heart Chakra.

Color: Green, relates to our relationships, love, forgiveness.

The fifth is in the Adam’s apple area and is called the Throat Chakra.

Color: Sky Blue, relates to speaking your truth, communication.

The sixth & seventh are just above your left and right ears, called the Ear Chakra.

Color: Reddish-Violet, related-divine communication, mental replaying love or fears.

The eighth is between the two eyes called the Third Eye Chakra.

Color: Indigo-Blue, relates to your true self, your higher-self, your future and past.

The ninth is found near the top of the head, called the Crown Chakra.

Color: Royal Purple, related-divine mind, clear knowing from divine guidance, God.

Chakras receive energy and information constantly. If you hold negative thoughts, your Chakras become dense energy, as thou the plumbing has a clog and needs cleaned out. Dense Chakras can’t push through sufficient energy. You may feel sluggish, tired, ill, or out of balance.

Depending on your thoughts, state of mind, habits and actions, your Chakras respond accordingly. Positive thoughts create a healthy flow of energy- (the plumbing pipes are clean). Negative thoughts create blockage, dense and halt to the movement of your energy flow.

Practicing Reiki assists slow or blocked energies to break up and disperse. “Clearing the plumbing pipes”. Reiki promotes healing at many levels.

One of my first experiences with a Reiki Chakra Clearing was a combination of sensations through out my body. Heat, tinkling and a sensation of popping in my chest, (the heart chakra) feeling like a burden had been lifted. I felt light in weight, uplifted in spirit, and full of energy. Every experience I have had with Reiki (giving or receiving) has gifted me with healing in one form or another, each time being different. Be aware of your thoughts today, how are they affecting your day, your mood and your body?

Practice positive thoughts, feel the shift in your life and those around you. Every thought is a lesson in some form, every lesson is a gift.

Richard,- About these nine Chakras, their relationship to each issue you hold, “thoughts about” - money, career, habits, past, future, goals and aspirations- just to name a few….

Let’s go to the left ear ringing now… your life force or energy body responses by manifesting a blockage in your ear chakra center….. That energy center is being blocked by thoughts from you, messages you are sending it….

For example: you said “mom always yelled at me”…. Blocking out the noise or shutting down the energy center where it is coming into your energy field. Manifesting blockage in ear, the ringing in your ear is the body working to repair or clear the chakra… so it can move, spin freely, back to the body’s original natural state.

You probably have had ear aches too….

Left ear…. Left side is ‘female’ side (everyone has both female and male) yin and yang….. So it makes since “mom always yelled at me”, now- mom is still yelling or another female is…. At work, mom, spouse, sister… (A female) and you resist by blocking out the noise, just like childhood, manifesting blockage in ear chakra.

Ok, now for your shoulder-neck area…. Your thoughts there are symbolic of caring a burden….. Fear of moving forward somewhere in life… could be work or any aspect of life really…. Example; Doing someone’s job at work and harboring the thoughts, caring the burden. (Symbolic in that shoulder/neck area).

Are you with me here? If I were reading you in person, I would pin-point the dense of the vibrations - we would shift the energy with a Reiki treatment to open blockage. In helping you to understand where the root cause comes from (thoughts first), will help you to release and shift it too. Massage good for this too.

This is what my next e-book teachings are about, ‘Reiki & Metaphysics’ – Thoughts and experiences create blockage in our energy centers manifesting physical dis-comfort, illness or dis-eases.

I brought this up today, because I picked up the energy when we were chatting twice… so I thought I would share this information; with respect and sharing what I have learned! It is always meant to help people, always! The more we understand the better we can feel and cope with life situations… and in turn, help each other.

Some of the most recent emails/questions I have received surround the ‘vibes’ you pick up when you are interacting in a Reiki Treatment….

So here is a little insight on ‘Vibes” or the Vibrations.

Since we know that all creation is manifest from Divine energy, we also know that the smallest component exist as pure energy. The density of an object determines how fast that energy can physically vibrate. Therefore everything physically manifested vibrates within certain ranges of frequency in order for human senses to perceive it.

A major factor that limits people from readily perceiving higher dimensions is because the frequency rate of vibration is outside the range of human perception. This contributes to their lack of faith and ability to believe in something that can not be perceived through the normal senses.  Even though you can’t perceive something doesn’t prove that it doesn’t exist.

For example, you can blow on a dog whistle and not hear it, but the sound is real because your dog reacts. The Higher Dimensional Beings and those Dimensions are being perceived by some people because they have learned to perceive them through different senses, but for most people this is beyond their range of perception. Though many people are beginning or are working with energies on different planes and dimensions because they are consciously working to increase their rate of vibration.

Practicing Reiki and raising your vibration enables you to receive a more direct guidance and clearer guidance from your Higher-Self because it vibrates at a higher rate. Having this direct link allows for information to be more easily accepted by the conscious and actualized. Therefore a direct link is formed to interact with your Higher-Self, Archangels, Ascended Masters and the Brotherhood.

You can raise your personal vibration by doing Reiki, specific energy work with your Higher Self and Guides of Light. This frequency raising energy work can be done by everyone, and is being done in many ways naturally on an ongoing basis as the vibration of the Earth is being raised in preparation for the Ascension.

Raising your vibration also opens you to different levels of consciousness. The first level of change enters you into Lunar consciousness, this is where clairvoyant and healing abilities heighten.

The next stage is Solar Consciousness, you become more attuned and start to heal and clear problems from all of the subtle bodies (physical, emotional, astral mental and spiritual). This can last from three to five years. This is a very high level and most people never go any higher.

Light-workers, Healers and Spiritual teachers often work on an intense level with spirit and can reach the next step which is Stellar Consciousness. To reach Stellar means that you are a clear channel for spirit, which requires cleaning and anchoring all your Chakras. (that is another article)

Consequently, raising your vibration heightens your awareness, develops telepathy, intuition, and increases “ESP” abilities in which to live your life in a more conscious manner. This expanded awareness of energy also helps to open and develop channels of communication from other realms of Light Beings, Spirit Guides, and Nature Spirits. These realms encourage intuition, knowing, and the ability to receive evident guidance from Spirit, thus enhancing your quality of life with harmony, balance, joy, and inner-peace.

So, to sum it all up, with the understanding of Reiki outside of just it’s traditions, practices in doing a treatment and taught principles….. the True Reiki is within… within you!  Namaste’

I received an email surrounding questions about the aura, and what it can reveal about a person. So I wanted to take some time to bring you some information and my experience… “thought is energy, every thought lives in your Aura!

What Is An Aura

Your aura is an oval-shaped energy field that surrounds your whole body, with your thoughts,
feelings, and emotions projected onto it. A trained psychic can tell many things about you by looking or tapping into your Aura energies.

During a Reiki Treatment or Psychic Reading, I will look at a person’s Aura~ physically or using my third eye, to see what state their aura/energy is in; which can change moment to moment….  By reading a person’s Aura, it reveals many things.

Signs I Look For In The Aura

The placement of different energy vibrations/colors in your aura will tell me if you are feeling afraid, withdrawing from the world or others, if you are open and receptive, in love, happy, sad, how you are seeing yourself in your life situations or if you are feeling stuck in situations or in life itself.

The 3 Most Common Types Of Aura I look for…

The Large Aura

This can show a person who is spiritually balanced, a large aura is expansive in nature, and its energy can easily be felt by others around them.

When your aura is large, it shows that you are open, carefree, and not feeling fear.  People who have a strong spiritual faith will tend to have very large auras. Due to their faith, they usually place their trust in a higher being, therefore not feeling as focused on always having to protect themselves as much, as people without this spiritual base often feel in their lives.

A Small Aura

This shows a person who is fearful, withdrawn, or afraid. A person pulls their aura in close to them whenever they feel worried or fearful. Since your aura an energy shield of protection, the more afraid you feel, the closer in your will pull this protective shield.

The Absent Aura

When a person feels extreme fear, sometimes they will spiritually check out. Energetically shutting down as a form of emotional protection. This indicates that the person is dealing with too much pain or sadness to bear at that moment.

During psychic phone readings, this is the easiest aura for me to pick up on right way, because the person “feels” like they are not there when I first speak to them. I then have to work on bringing their vibrations back up…

During a Reiki Treatment, you would immediately feel the difference in vibrations throughout the body…. you will feel heavy more dense energy, which will have manifested itself into some form of dis-content, dis-order or dis-ease…. physically…. ‘your client will usually tell you their aches and pains etc… before reaching the Reiki Table….

I have written about this subject in ‘The Secret Of Reiki e-book’, so you may understand and offer solution to every client, friend, family member along with yourself during times of dense vibrations.

Understanding Reiki and how it works it the root of a Reiki Treatment, share your experience and knowledge with others so they may promote healing as well.

We All Experience Changing Emotional States

Your aura changes according to your inner feelings.  Your aura should be as expansive as possible, showing feelings of balance, trust, happiness, and a carefree nature.

When having a Reiki Treatment or a Psychic Reading with a reputable Psychic, the psychic can look at your aura, and by doing so, help you to identify problem areas, or stuck spots/situations in your life.

Once these are recognized, you will be able to work with this new information and move forward.

Did I Find Reiki, Or Did Reiki Find Me?

I was thinking about how I found Reiki when I realized I hadn’t found Reiki; it had found me. I should say that I’m relatively new to Reiki, and not new to the ideas it encompasses or some of its practices. In recent months I was doing my other meditative and related practices and my meditations took a unique direction. I was, at the time, completely unaware of the existence of Reiki.

During one particular meditation, I received what I call a ‘chunk’ of information about energy, frequency, vibration and their relation to matter—both what we normally call living things and those we consider non-living (rocks for example, although some would quibble at that). I’ve had these sorts of ‘chunk’ experiences over my life and can only describe what it’s like by saying the ‘chunk’ comes fully formed. I don’t have to think about it to fill in any blanks, although it is usually necessary to carefully contemplate the information. Kimberlee told me what I describe as a ‘chunk’ to be, “Intuitive Cognition.” I like that description better, because the word intuition carries with it a sense of wholeness or completeness.

The bottom line of this particular ‘chunk’ was that everything is energy vibrating at different frequencies and the frequency at which it vibrates is directly related to the form in which it appears. Is this starting to sound familiar—the everything is energy part? I later read a quote of Einstein where he said (paraphrasing), “Matter is energy slowed down to where it can be seen.”

This whole idea intrigued me, because for the first time I actually got the entire picture. I’d had it conceptually in the past; now I had it experimentally. I tried to explain this on three different occasions to three different friends and acquaintances and got some pretty weird looks. But I was determined to find out more and guess what? I did.

Searching the Web sort of mindlessly one day I came across the word, “Reiki,” and read a bit about it. There was the theme of energy and frequency. Now I was hooked. Unfortunately the attunement I first chose was not The Secret of Reiki experience. I found that after doing this really weird process I felt absolutely nothing. I did get a not so cheerful refund, and more or less gave up on Reiki.

Shortly thereafter I again came across Reiki on the Web and The Secret of Reiki site. I decided, ‘what the heck,’ and purchased the materials. Why? I can only say that after one really sour experience I felt dumb doing it again and yet there was Kimberlee on my screen with an open, honest and genuine presentation; even her picture has a quality of what I call an, “is-ness,” of someone fully in the present moment showing who they are beyond the mask of personality.

I read the materials, did the attunement and to my great pleasure and surprise it worked. I think it better not to describe my experience because everyone has their own unique attunement experience. However, following my attunement, things seem different, more defined, the edges of things are clearer—like a fog of some kind lifted. My intuition is sharper and clearer. My meditations are different and they bring insights more frequently.

I think this coming of Knowledge, ‘chunking,’ or, “Cognitive Intuition,” is simply a manifestation of the same energy we use when we self-treat or give others Reiki. While that sounds as if energy is somehow divisible it’s probably more like tuning a receiver to a different station at different times.

Reiki is completely consistent and complimentary to practices I was doing before attunement and what Reiki has also done is to help me integrate a range of varied pieces of knowledge and skills into a more cohesive understanding. Reiki is a beginning, not a conclusion and it seems to unfold for me every day in every moment. Oh, and you may start to notice that the small things you once thought inconsequential are the things that are really most important.

The Fall Season has finally arrived and in many ancient cultures, it was times to celebrate the harvest along with a time of death and the celebration of spirits who have crossed over. Beginning on the Autumn Equinox until November 1, the day of the dead, the veil that separates our world from the spirit world begins to thin out. Some believe on Halloween, others November 1 that the veil is at its thinnest point. This makes it easier for spirits of the deceased to communicate with us the living as much as it is a time for the living to reach out and communicate with their deceased loved ones. From All Hallows Eve until the winter solstice the veil slowly restores itself and when the solstice arrives the veil is back to normal.

Beings it is a season of death with everything dying when the frost arrives and the leaves begin to fall from the trees it makes for a good time for us to bring things in our lives to an end. October is a perfect month to try and get things in order and make some pretty harsh decisions in our lives. Think about the beauty that comes with death just by looking at the beautiful colors the trees offer us right before they die. It should show us that death is a beautiful thing and sometimes we need to experience death of things in our lives, like relationships or careers, in order for a new life to begin. October again is a great time to make these decisions knowing that in the end a positive rebirth in your life will occur.

Be sure to get out in the month of October and enjoy the beauty this Earth has to offer and the beauty that our own lives have to offer. Reflect on the things you have accomplished instead of dwelling on the things we have not accomplished. Every thought in our minds projects energy and that energy determines our own future. Remember, you can and do create your own future. Make October the month to focus on the positive, the things your accomplished and the things you hope and know in your heart that you will conquer and accomplish in your future. Also we must remember that death is not the end but the beginning of a new and healthier life.

You’re going to find yourself a little overwhelmed in the month of October and try and focus on this as a positive thing. It helps pass the time and in time all wounds will heal and things can always get better. It is a perfect time to do some renovations in your home, paint a room or get new carpets. Changing your surroundings can affect your life in a positive way also. Having areas of our home cluttered with junk can end up cluttering different parts of our lives like health, career and relationships. This is a big belief in the practices of Feng Shui.

There are still planetary influences that are affecting each and every one of us. Much of this is due to a transition our entire planet is experiencing beginning in 2010 and lasting up to 2012. This is a time of change for us all and we must go with the flow and try not to fight our gut instincts. I find sometimes we do the opposite of what our gut tells us and in most cases that ends up being a bad decision. Trust your gut and remember to communicate with your spirit guides or angels for we all have at least one. They are there to help guide us on our journey and spirit will never steer you in the wrong direction. Take time to meditate and pray to you guides so you can utilize their assistance into your life and well-being.

I know there are many going through difficult times. ‘Hang in there’… for there is no doubt that things will eventually turn into a positive direction. Sometimes we have to hit rock bottom so that we can come out stronger and smarter than we were when we went in. We are here to do nothing more than learn, enjoy ourselves and make the best out of what life has to offer. And life does have a lot to offer but sometimes we still need to balance both positive and negative in our lives. Love is the key to all happiness and success.

When things are difficult think of those things in life that you love, the things that bring you joy, and this alone can help you through just about anything. Love is the best and greatest emotion in the word. I say Love, you say Love. Love. Love is all around us and we never need to reach far to find it in our lives. While much of what I teach is dedicated to creating the open connection with the Divine,I would like to share with you some information in hopes of helping you to understand your energy body and balance; so that you will practice being Centered when you connect with /clients/people and Reiki Healing Energies.

All healing comes from within…

Healing begins when you say YES to receiving; that opens you up.  When you release judgments, thoughts, beliefs, emotions and habits that cause you to create limitations and energetic blockages in your body,  you are on your way to a healing journey.

Healing occurs when you open yourself to the Universe and with the intention of receiving the Highest Good, you trust that whatever comes along it will lead you along the healing path.,   Healing yourself is a journey of coming to know your true self;  and who you really are… are you your body? Your emotions? Your beliefs? You genes? Your experiences? You suffering? Your Joy? “Are you all of it?  or None of it?”

During the process of learning Reiki and your healing journey, you will inevitably come across paradoxes.  Paradoxes show up when two contradictory realities exists simultaneously but rather than canceling each other out, they co-exist.  While you fully experience your body, emotions, joy, pain, etc., you are not simply those things.  The soul is energy too, and so is your body, you emotions, etc.  You are ‘Energy’! We are ‘Energy’!  We are one with the light.  We are the Alpha and Omega, the “first and the last” and we simultaneously operation in our human state.  We are really Formlessness and Form you see… WE GOT IT ALL!!!!!!

Ok, so let’s say you could look up underneath your skin; you would see organs and tissue.  Look deeper and on a smaller scale you would see cells, molecules,atoms, etc. and beyond that is the energetic anatomy level, your energy body deeper within the physical body, where you will find the Chakras, the Meridians; your Center.  When you think of it or imagine yourself at this scale, the perspective of it all changes.

When you are practicing Reiki you are in fact communicating at every level of yourself and/or your client.  To know that you exist on a Universal level, as well as a human level or an atomic level, can be quite an insight.

As you experience Reiki, you will feel, really feel at every level.  Through all of the levels where we exist, there is a common thread;  Connection with the Divine.  In all levels, no matter what may be going on, that connection is based on the light and that is because all we are Energy, which comes from the light of the Source, the Divine.

To facilitate your Reiki Healing Journey, experiment with different meditations and Reiki exercises, such as Reiki Circles and different practices describe in The Secret of Reiki Home Study Course.  See where they lead you.  Educate yourself and be willing to expand outside you old boundaries.  Healing is growth.

Invite someone to learn or practice Reiki with you, experience and feel any intuitive messages you may receive, come together frequently, then start a Reiki Circle and continue to experience, learn, heal and help others as well.  What a gift it has been to be on this journey, it has exceeded all my expectations and has been a great adventure in my life…  It has the potential to be yours as well!

REIKI CIRCLE: The first time I ever had energy work of any kind I laid on the massage-table/bed and my head was held by a woman, my feet by a gentleman and my arms by another person. I was supported in unconditional love from people I didn’t know.

The perception of ‘stranger’ dies in a circle of light. People come together to send healing energy to each other, to the world. Their individual differences are blurred into the healing collective.

No one ego stands out. No one is greater than the other, each person may have certain skills that differ, but together they form a healing unit that amplifies all those individual abilities and makes the unit function as a whole.

Reiki is a holistic energy healing technique which helps promote and assist mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health and healing. It’s used by and for people of every belief and religion, in private practice and in hospital settings. Doctors, Nurses, and Alternative Healers use Reiki to help their patients, their families and themselves.

What is a Session Like?
For your session you remain fully clothed and sit in a chair or lie comfortably on a massage table and listen to relaxing music. With the information you share and with my own scan of your body and aura (the energy field around every living thing) I will assess what sort of treatment to do.  As I am an intuitive/psychic, I work a bit differently than a traditional Reiki Master. I will listen to your body, receive messages from guides, and in this way provide a very deep experience, getting to the origin of your physical/emotional issue.

Reiki has specific hand positions which help direct the healing to the parts of the physical body or auric body which need healing.

You and I work together to heal what needs healing. I use Reiki, Intuition, Chakra Energy and other systems when I am engaged in healing.  As I am an intuitive, I will look at, feel for, and listen to the pain or discomfort, so that I can better understand the origin of it and start the healing.

In addition, I am a Psychic Medium as well, any messages I may receive and/or channel I will deliver to you, but always with your permission first.

Many clients decide to learn Reiki so they can treat themselves. In fact, it is a major goal of most of the Reiki Masters or Reiki Teachers to pass on the knowledge and guide you in opening up your intuitive abilities.

How Have My Clients Benefited from Reiki?

Reiki helps me listen to your body! Your body is not just physical. Your body is a powerful system of healing energy. As a healer I work with the messages your body sends physically, emotionally and intuitively.

During a recent Reiki Circle, I was listening/feeling vibrations of a head injury/pain or frequent headaches, I was given very specific message, when I related that message to the person, she confirmed that it was a message that had deep emotional life meaning to her; it represented a way of thinking that she could no longer tolerate and recognized that her thoughts had manifest a physical headache. She had changed her life path and behaviors in order to let go of that way of thinking. Negative thinking patterns manifest in your body creating dis-ease or simply make you sick. Science now supports this proposition.

Each session is as individual as each client.  As a Reiki Practitioner/Master, you too will find that your intuition will become more sensitive.

All my life I have know of my intuitive insights, but it was in learning Reiki that I have a better understanding and I am able to utilize my psychic abilities to help myself and others in healing at many levels in life.

What does Reiki Feel Like?
Clients report many sensations such as feeling great warmth, soothing energy, release of pain, release of pressure, Goosebumps, lightness or heaviness, positive, peaceful, happy emotions and general feelings of wellbeing. Reiki, it does your body and spirit good!

Your body has a divine blueprint of what it would be like to be completely healthy and happy. Reiki reminds and eases your body into that blueprint. Reiki can work on all parts of the body from organs and nerves to brain cells.

Intuition has become synonymous
With the term Psychic

There are many forms of intuition and each psychic or intuitive will receive information in their own unique manner. I will hear, see and feel things outside of what we define as our three dimensional physical world. It is a challenge to put into words exactly what I experience. More important than how I receive information psychically is my intent. My sole intention in engaging in my psychic work is to help others create happy healthy lives, and to inspire others to engage in the use of their own intuition.

Reiki helps to create awareness on spiritual, mental and physical levels.

Reiki will not make you instantly Psychic, what it will do for you though is open up your 3rd eye chakra more and help you harness your own natural psychic abilities.

Everyone has psychic abilities; some are just more in
tune with it then others; we are all here to do the work we are called to do. We are all different, yet we are all ‘one’.

Being attuned to Reiki will help you get more in tune with your intuitive abilities.

Practical Definitions and Examples from my Practice

Clairvoyance, Clairsentenience, Clairaudience, Empathic and Channeling

Clairvoyance- Clair meaning clear and voyant, meaning seeing; People experience clairvoyance in different ways.  Perhaps you feel you “know” what is going to happen, or you “understand” a situation before it occurs, that is a clairvoyant experience.  Clairvoyants can receive information in visual terms, but we may also receive information as auditory, emotional and kinesthetic.

Clairsentience- Clair, meaning clear, and sentient, means feeling.

A clairsentient feels a client’s emotions, understands clearly what a person is feeling, has felt, or may feel in the future. I am able to feel the emotions of the clients and of people close to them.

Clairaudience is the ability to hear (auditory) information in word form. Channeling is a clairaudient activity; I will receive messages or information. Many healers, ‘me included’, can listen to a body and get messages from trouble spots. I have listened to tumors, to energy blocks, to tense muscles, just to areas of the body and these messages anent to find sometimes a cause for the problem, always a pathway of recovery and healing, certainly of awareness. I listen to my own guides, my “higher Self” and the guides and higher selves of others.  I can’t imagine life without this sort of communication; it grounds me and creates wholeness in my life.

Channeling is another word we toss around. Empathic is feeling the emotions of others. My very gifted and talented friend and I were having a conversation about channeling.  I believe we came up with the best way to define it.

Channeling is a word we use when we ‘feel’ and ‘hear’ another voice, other than ALL the regular internal voices that belong to our psyche, our ego, our id, our internal critic. There are many of these voices. The voice that brings comfort, support, even rescue, more likely is your higher self. The part of you that is full of knowledge beyond what you have read or studied or even imagined. It is still you! It is your higher part, your God self, your double! You can also channel your guides. You can channel other energies and entities outside of yourself but your best channeling is that of your own higher self. Your inner wisdom, your intuition, your knowing is exactly what channeling truly is. You hear, see, feel information that you just “know” is useful. Your entire body resonates with the feeling of truth.

I feel very blessed to have the ability to experience and share intuition; it does not seem strange to me, only wonderful tools that I have the great joy to use in helping others and myself.

As a child, I was happy to see, hear, feel and have inner insight, yet, I would be ‘shut-down’ by the adults who did not experience or understand. Today I am excited and blessed to see, hear, feel and channel useful information for clients and students.

If you have experienced any sort of psychic incident, if you have discovered you have any abilities like these, it is fully your choice to use them or to let them stay dormant, you are in control, it is your life to live as you wish. Just know, there is nothing wrong with you and there is nothing to fear. There is only good in the ability to help and heal. As far as I can tell…it’s what we’re here for!
