During my years of practice, I have spent a lot of time listening to other people’s stories. Some are happy, but some are sad. My experience has taught me that our emotions can suffocate our higher wisdom and block the flow of life force.

From a spiritual perspective, our lifetime is designed to function as a school, (earth-school as I call it) where we are able to learn soul lessons and negotiate karma. The events we encounter along the way are presented to evolve our being on a soul level. Oftentimes, these experiences involve a level of intense pressure, even suffering. Yet it is during these times we have the opportunity for the most profound soul growth. You can become stuck in the experience of your story long after the importance of the lesson the experience was designed to teach has faded – or you can make a choice to learn change and create ultimate health at every level.

So now, I ask you: What is your story?
