Procrastination… Will still serve you…
If you choose to keep from getting “what you say you want” to accomplish.
When you procrastinate you spend a lot of time and energy berating yourself for procrastinating. You may call yourself lazy and generally will make yourself out to feel “bad” in some way.
Procrastination is a good measure of “How you handle issues on the outside to how you feel about yourself on the inside.”
What is that really about?
· Fear of Change?
· Harboring Resentments?
· Feeling Unworthy?
· Or just stuck in a “taught” Behavior Pattern?
If you suffer from “procrastination” you will suffer with other challenges, dis-comforts or dis-ease. Let it be time to learn to put your mental energy “thoughts” into releasing the old and creating a new thought pattern. Shifting and changing old behaviors that no longer serve you- negative and old thought patterns affect your outer behavior and outcome of situations in daily living.
Whatever you are trying to release in your life is just a symptom, an outer effect. Trying to eliminate the symptom without working on dissolving the cause is useless. The moment you release your need to hold onto old negative behaviors and thoughts, the easier the path to move forward and to forgive; move for-ward and give the responsibilities ……(Click to read more)back to whom or where it belongs… “Usually the past”- This is a great form of forgiveness.
So Now, Ask Yourself…
Do you feel the need to hold onto…?
· Patterns
· Behaviors
· Gossip
· Judgment
· Self-criticism
· Jealousy
· Resentments
Or anything else that “holds you back” from accomplishing your needs and goals? These are just a few examples that cause procrastination.
You must clean your “inner-house”, before cleaning house
If you do not accept the idea that you “deserve” to prosper, then even when abundance falls in you lap, you will refuse it somehow. Affirming to yourself everyday that “I am lazy”, “I don’t have time”, “someday, when I can afford it”… only feeds the thoughts and energy of procrastination, making you feel bad about yourself… and “boom-uh” there goes the self-esteem, self-worth and self-love.
Your own belief in lack and limitation is the only thing that is limiting you. What belief is limiting you?
Do you want the job promotion? Then believe you are worth it, keep it in your thoughts and take action. Make room for your new positive thoughts… take action, hum…. Clean out the junk drawer, organize the garage and clean out your closet or refrigerator! Pick one and get rid of all the stuff that no longer serves you or haven’t used in the last year.
Cluttered spaces mean cluttered mind. Clutter, poverty and other thoughts holding you back is only a belief in you consciousness. Clean the clutter promotes clearing out cluttered thoughts.
· Thoughts are attached to feelings
· Feelings attach to your actions
· Your actions are a direct result of how you are feeling about yourself
· Do you deserve to prosper? – Yes you do!
Negative thoughts and behaviors cause blockage in your energy body
Blockages manifest physically -“Dis-ease”
The Practice of Reiki is a lifestyle, it will teach you self-worth, self-love, bring balance and harmony to your life. It all really starts with one thought, one action and educating yourself to understand and make positive changes in your life. Healing thoughts, behavior patterns, relationships, communications, self-worth and self-love just to name a few. Healing spiritually (self-realization) and you will ‘witness” your own physical healing too!
Remember, you only know what you know, until you take action to learn, grow and prosper- make changes!

Start your day with your gratitude list. Look for the positive in life situations creating positive thoughts at work and home today. Listen to the words and phases you use, do they serve you or do they serve any purpose at hand? Are they old taught behaviors from childhood or the past? Take a few moments throughout the day to acknowledge your personal accomplishments and take a time out for a meditation; at any level; even if it is just in silence- listening, away from the kids, work and chaos of the day.
You will soon discover that “procrastination”
is a behavior of the past
You will free your life-force (energy) to flow as it is meant to- effortlessly….
