Reiki Relieves Back Pain
One of my neighbors had very bad back pain and could not go to work, even after medical treatment. I asked him whether I could help him with Reiki and after treating him for 5 minutes he started stretching and walking. The next day he called me and was amazed how much it seemed to be helping, after another treatment he attended his work.
Reiki Eases Pulled Muscle
A friend of mine pulled a muscle while playing softball and could not lift his arm. I gave him a Reiki treatment and within 5 minutes he was relieved of the pain. He was astonished about how it happened. He later told me he had suffered with pain in his shoulder for weeks, and was so relieved in one treatment.  He is now a student of Reiki.

Reiki Shrinks Hernia
I was experiencing severe pain in my abdomen and my doctor told me to get to the emergency room. After x-rays and a cat scan, it was confirmed that I had a sliding hernia.  I was given some heavy-duty pain medication, told that I was going to endure severe pain, and would be sent to a specialist.  I did not take the pain pills that night knowing I had to work early the next day.  I lay awake with discomfort and my wife start doing Reiki, concentrating on the pain area. She told me to visualize with intention- that the hernia was shrinking. That relaxed me, and I soon fell asleep. In the morning my pain was gone.  My appointment with the specialist was still days away, so we continued Reiki and Meditation. When I went to my appointment the doctor took more x-rays, and seemed amazed that it had shifted and by his measurements, it had slightly shrunk and that I had no pain. That was last year, the hernia is still there, it is not in an area where they can operate; but the pain never returned. I continue to get Reiki; I believe it promotes my body to heal.  I have learned to relax and breathe through stressful days.  I am now reading The Secret Of Reiki Home Study Course and have a great understanding of my bodies energy system, how my thoughts effect it and why Reiki works.  This is really powerful stuff to learn.  Joseph

Reiki Heals Ear Infection
A few years ago I had a friend come to me for a Reiki treatment. Not knowing of his condition I began my session, but while working around his ears noticed something terribly wrong around his left ear. After completion of the session I inquired if he had something wrong in that specific area. He told me he had infections for years, starting as a child. He called me the next day and told me the ringing in his ear stopped.  He said he knew it was because of the Reiki treatment. He wanted to know the secret? He still comes for Reiki on occasion and has not experienced any ringing or infection with his ear since.  Today he admits; he did not believe in energy healing, but now he certainly does!

Reiki has lightened the load on my back
Sue came to California to visit a mutual friend; when she learned I was a Reiki Master Teacher; she wanted to experience a treatment, she had never had a Reiki treatment. After just a 15 minutes session, she was impressed how much calmer and more organized her body and mind had become. We continued with a full Reiki treatment and intuitive reading. I asked her if she had pain in her lower back. She was surprised and told me she had it for months. So, I applied Reiki on those areas and removed the pain and stiffness. When she was ready to leave, she could walk and stretch with no suffering.   She felt very relieved.  When she returned the following week, she remarked that the pain stayed away for at least 3 days. This time I used specific Reiki techniques on her back as well as a full body treatment, removing pain and stiffness.   Sue is now a Reiki student and no longer suffers with pain and stiffness of the back.
