Delete Stress from your Hard-Drive with Reiki !!!

Stress problems are very common. What are we talking about when we discuss stress? Generally, most people use the word stress to refer to negative experiences that leave us feeling overwhelmed. Thinking about stress exclusively as something negative gives us a false impression of its true nature, however.

Stress is a reaction to a changing, demanding environment

Properly considered, stress is really more about our capacity to handle change than it is about whether that change makes us feel good or bad. Change happens all the time, and stress is in large part what we feel when we are reacting to it.
We can define stress by saying that it involves the “set of emotional, physical, and cognitive (thought) reactions to a change.” Thinking about stress as a reaction to change suggests that it is not necessarily bad, and sometimes, could even be a good thing. Some life changes such as getting a new job, moving in with a new romantic partner, or studying to master a new skill are generally considered positive and life-enhancing events, even though they can also be quite stressful. Other life changes such as losing a job or an important relationship are more negative, and also stressful.
How vulnerable you are personally to becoming stressed out depends on your perception of your ability to cope with challenges.  Take a deep breath and gather up a few tools to “Delete Stress from your Hard-drive”!

The Secret to Meditation is nothing more than putting your mind at ease by controlling the focus of your attention. Meditating is a skill that can be learned by anyone, no matter your religious or spiritual point of view.
Properly considered, meditation is a form of attention and awareness training that involves far more than a simple emphasis on breathing. Literally any activity that improves concentration and awareness can be used as a focus of meditation. When meditating, you focus your attention solely on what happens when you are sitting still. For a little while each day, you live in the present rather than the past or the future.
Reiki will help reduce stress, anger and hostility feelings along with teaching you to suspend automatic judgments. Reiki uses particular techniques for restoring and balancing the natural life force energy inside the body. Reiki healing can be done with a self-treatment after a self attunement guided  by a Reiki Master.  As a Reiki healer you will learn to manipulate your energy field, clear your chakras and free up your hard-drive.
You may experience stress because you form automatic appraisals of situations that cause you to react in unnecessarily emotional ways to life situations. You may not be aware of making such judgments, but find yourselves simply angry, sad, or fearful without knowing why, you may experience tightness in your stomach, the flow of energy has static in your hard-drive; your solar plexus chakra.  We have all heard the phase “that makes me sick to my stomach”.

You can practice a simple form of Meditation and Reiki

  • Wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing and sit in a chair or on the floor in a comfortable position.
  • Mentally scan your body for tension. If you notice any tension, imagine it draining away, this is a great time to practice what you have learned in The Secret Of Reiki Tutorial, Take these steps and prepare to Reiki yourself, begin feeling your body and mind relax.
  • Breathe slowly through your nostrils, from your abdomen; your hard-drive. You may want to imagine a balloon inflating and deflating just beneath your belly button as you breathe. Count silently each time you inhale. On the first inhale, count one; then exhale slowly. Then on the next inhale, count two and so on until you have reached ten.
  • Keep the focus on your breathing, attending to each in-breath and each out-breath for their full duration, as if you were riding the waves of your own breathing. Whenever you become aware that your mind has wandered away from your breathing, notice what it was that took you away and then gently bring your attention back to your belly and the feeling of the breath coming in and out.
  • Become aware of your thoughts and feelings at these moments, but observe them without judging them or yourself. At the same time be aware of any changes in the way you are seeing things and feeling about yourself.
  • Reiki yourself with a partial or  full body treatment.

Using The Secret Of Reiki Tutorial as your guide, do a self-treatment to clear each chakra. Take your time, remember to breathe, relax….

Once each Chakra is opened the Universal Energy is channeled to flow freely We all have the Reiki energy and anyone can learn the healing art of Reiki to promote self-healing or lay their hands on another to help accelerate the healing process by transferring magnetic energy!
